Hmm.. it’s been a while since I updated on my protein/energy bars reviews.
I’ve not stopped eating them, but merely been so busy with Fit Fab Kitchen and Rouge Communications (my digital/blog advertising agency) that I’ve not had the chance to plan my postings properly.
Well, if you’ve missed out on the previous ones, here they are:

So now, next on my list is this SLM PETITE MINI PROTEIN BAR.
Considering how pink it is, there is no way any male would come near it. LOL.
Anyhow, at 35g with 9g of protein with less tan 2g of carbs, it does sound promising as a high protein snack.
It’s that season for Christmas gifts again!
Well, not all gifts has to be expensive.
On my end I rounded up a few local entrepreneurs who are interested to collaborate for my Santa X’mas sack – named such because it is a sack instead of a useless basket wrapped with biodegradable plastic.
You can use this sack to keep your laundry, shoes/heels, sport shoes to gym, whatever you would use a sack/bag for!
In fact, it looks better than a plastic hamper no? 🙂
This is my version of a chocolate hazelnut spread.
Most of us are familiar with Nutella as a hazelnut spread and everyone loves Nutella (maybe except me), creamy, chocolatey and sweet.
I won’t judge if you love your Nutella; after all everybody has personal preferences but if you’re seeking for a healthier alternative and if you love chocolate, do give our Mud Slide a shot.
New packaging:

As you may know I’ve been actively experimenting and researching on healthy recipes and more wholesome alternatives to our usual daily dishes.
One of it which was successful (I had many failures!) is the cauliflower crust to be used as pizza base.
In continuation of my snack bar/protein bar eating spree, I’m glad I’ve found another to call a favourite.
PS: You can read about the rest of the bars I consumed via the links below:

Review – ProTrim Plus: High Fibre Chia Apple Cinnamon Bar
After the recent experience with ProTrim bars (specifically the High Fibre Chia Apple Cinnamon Bar one) I rummaged through my energy bar stash for another ProTrim to try ASAP.
I’ve been toying around with recipes and weekly meal prep for some time. I first started about 3 months back to prep for 2 pax (me and another girlfriend) and it went on to become 5 pax and subsequently a business.
The thing about any business is; there’s bound to be competitors.
I have known of a few that provide lunch boxes delivery; but in the recent months, the number has TRIPLED.
As you might have realized by now, I’m quite an expert in protein, snack and energy bars.
I had literally spent RM1K buying granolas, protein bars, energy bars from the countries that I’ve travelled to and I’ve been diligently eating one to two bars a day.

I have ate more than those reviewed above and these pictures of those bars are still in draft as I haven’t blogged about the recent ones as yet.
However I’m fast forwarding to write about this one as it is by far the worst I’ve tasted.
