After the Boundless Nutrition Perfect Cookie (Chocolate Chip) I started on my 12 bars of Quest Bar.
I’m not sure why, but I decided to pick the Apple Pie as my flavour of the day. Maybe it was because I’m craving for an actual Apple Pie.
Just last weekend I was in SG and I took the opportunity to order some protein bars from someone I know in Singapore.
As you may know, Malaysia is terrible for such imported products. We lack the market (or do we?) and we don’t have the companies or individuals that stocks these items in any of the shops.
My favourite gym/club added another 2 new workout routines with the introduction of the Zumba Step and Zumba Sentao last week.
I’m not entirely a hardcore peanut butter /nut spread fan but just like instant noodles it is one of those items that I’ll buy in every country that I have visited.
Europe’s supermarket shelves are amazing and I recall seeing some really good ones while I was in The Netherlands.
Even Singapore’s range of nuts spreads on its supermarkets’ shelves beats Malaysia’s anytime.
Having said that, I had moved away from buying commercial nut spreads a while back.
I started with Joey’s Peanut Butter as he was the first Malaysian (that I know of) that went commercial making peanut butter and selling them from home.
While his was ok, it didn’t quite hit the spot for me as I found it to be too mild.
Next I sampled Nuts Enough and was bowled over by the rich and and nutty taste of their nut spreads.
Having funky and creative flavours like Cookie Dough Cashew Spread (RM 25) and Dark Chocolate Cashew Spread (RM 25) does add to the novelty factor.

Out of the 3 spas/medical/beauty clinics we visited during our Seoul trip, I particularly enjoyed our session here at Medical Palace, an institution offering Korean Oriental (traditional) Medicine.
It was a very different sort of trip to Seoul with Korea Tourism Organisation this time.
The focus is on the medical, beauty & cosmetic industry. I had my body re-aligned with Korean oriental massage, a full body analysis done, acunpunture-d for relaxation & a total of 3 facials – (rice wine facial, anti-aging, hydration & moisturisation) plus a foot bath.
Then there was a dolling up (make up) session as well as 3 massages on both face & body over 3 days!
