Fuzion, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa’s latest baby cost a whopping RM14-15 mil in renovations and though I’m no restoration expert, I’m inclined to say it’s moolah well spent.

The 360-seat cafe offers feasting in both air-conditioned comfort amidst its contemporary interior with really comfy chairs and spaciously laid-out tables. Alternatively diners can choose to al- fresco dine at its terrace and garden area surrounded by lush greenery and the calming sounds of water.

I know I would opt for outdoor dining anytime!

Top dance music artist of the moment; American rapper Pitbull will be performing Live in Concert at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon in Petaling Jaya on 1 December, 2011!

The concert will feature opening DJ set by US upcoming DJ Joe Maz and DJ Big Shype, followed by our very own international-breaking dance music sensation Mizz Nina; currently making waves with her 2nd dance smash hit “Take Over” feat US rapper superstar Flo-rida.

So I have said that I will be dining Chef Baptiste Fournier’s menu last Mon night and here what’s I had!

My main course: One of his specialty dish – The Duck Confit de Cannelloni. (RM70.00++ ala-carte).

It was reputed that Baptiste Fournier’s cuisine is honest, fresh and surprising. After my dinner, I had to concur. His love for using the freshest & most natural ingredients is prevalent in his dishes.

In conjunction with the celebration of the Turkey National Day on 28th October 2011, the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey is hosting the Turkish Culinary & Cultural Week, in collaboration with the Royale Chulan Hotel of Kuala Lumpur, and Etihad Airways.

I hopped in for the launch just last week, and was rewarded with FREE air tickets to Istanbul!!
