Smoke, noise, rowdy crowd and having to shout to be heard. Why would anyone call that “a nice evening over drinks and food” is totally lost on me.
Venues at Changkat Bukit Bintang and places like Beer Factory and the likes are not my choice when it comes to “a place to unwind after work”. I get stressed with inattentive wait staff, high prices, the din and mediocre food, which then totally defeats the objective of “a nice evening over drinks and food”.
It’s that time of the year again. A full month of special menus carefully crafted by the many chefs in some of the top restaurants in the country; all ready to tantalize the tastebuds of the country’s hungry gourmands.
This year a total of 28 F & B establishments are involved; making a gourmand’s choice pretty straightforward, one restaurant for each night in the month of October; with a break of 2 days in between! :DD
You know what’s the key to staying sane with a full time job of running your own media/advertising agency, updating 1-2 posts on your blog per day, doing housework, keeping life in order, networking at 2-3 events per day and of course, as you may very know, eating AND traveling non-stop?

I just got this box last Friday and after a whirlwind trip to Hong Kong and back, I’m so glad to come back to these babies!
Many consider me thin/slim and they scoffed at the idea that I may need some weight lost or reduction methods. However I know myself better.
I have problem thighs and big arms.
My regular exercises keeps me trim and fit but it doesn’t reduce the size of my limbs; specifically the thighs and arms. Spot reduction is long considered impossible; especially in the sports world.
However technologically it is POSSIBLE.
Sigh. Look at my thighs. Bloody huge.
