MATIC FEST 2013 – who wants to join us?

Hey guys, join me on Saturday and Sunday at Malaysia Tourism Centre ( MaTiC ) ?

It’s on Jalan Ampang; the nearest LRT is Monorail Bukit Nanas and it’s located on the same row as Zouk. What’s happening starting from Friday (November 29) to Sunday (December 1, 2013) is that the annual MATIC FEST is here again!
MaTiC is an agency under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture which aims to promote itself as ‘One- Stop Centre’ for the convenience of travelers in and out of the state through a variety of services and amenities.

The MaTiC Fest is an annual event and participation is open to the public as well as foreign tourists.
It looks like there’s a lot of fun activities lined up for 3 days. I’ll be there on Saturday and Sunday to support my friends who are in the Paintball, Treasure Hunt and Arm Wrestling competitions!

MaTiC Fest also got support from various quarters including KFC, Ribena Malaysia, Secret Garden, Cocoa Boutique, Saloma Bistro, as well as the close cooperation of Tourism Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL ) and the Secretariat of Visit Malaysia Year 2014. During the day , several artists will enliven the event of Hyper Act, Estranged Group , Lan Typewriter , Amanda Imani , M David Luster and Ezlyn . I first got acquainted with method products when I started using the bathroom set. Those worked fabulously and takes the agitation out of bathroom cleaning.
Following the “success” of the bathroom products, I switched my kitchen cleaning products to method as well.

I still remember when Secret Recipe first started in Malaysia .
Their cheesecakes immediately took the town by storm. Everyone in the office gets a Secret Recipe cake for their birthdays.

Today Secret Recipe is 16 years old, celebrating its sweet sixteen with some sweet deals for all Malaysians.

The first is a “Buy 1 Free 1” cake deal.
In a collaboration with WeChat, this deal entitles the diner to buy 1 cake and claim another (similarly priced) for free.

It’s been a while.
The Windows phone had wondering and pondering if it may work, if it could any more interesting or any more fun to use than the ubiquitous Android. The opportunity came for me to toy around with a Windows gadget when Nokia dumped a Lumiz 925 on my lap.

method, a brand that advocates environment sustainability and has ever since its inception in 2000 been manufacturing smart, green and best looking cleaning (as well as lovely smelling!) products for the market was unknown to me till recently.
I was invited for a bloggers’ tea party of which I happened to be out of town. But the opportunity for me to actually use and experience the products personally presented itself when method Malaysia sent me a set of their loo crew bathroom kit recently.
