As I have said in my previous post (The beginning of my Ephyra journey) , here’s Part 1 of my review of Ephyra, a collagen drink that I have been consuming since 16th November 2013.
As of now, I have drank my way through 2 boxes (each box is for a month’s supply).

Anytime is a good shopping time agree? 😀
I do online shop occasionally. And I’m the sort who would only buy from reliable sites. Other than Lazada, eBay, Amazon, ASOS and Groupon I had been wary of trying other sites.
Taobao is a China based online site, and is probably one of the biggest consumer-to-consumer shopping site in the world. Previously only popular with the Chinese educated crowd, things looks set to change with the South East Asia site – www.sea.taobao.com.
So Xmas came and went just yesterday.

I started my day with some writing and a good workout. Yup, even on Xmas. There’s never an excuse not to keep the body and mind in shape.

Yes, I’m a huge fan of method Malaysia’s products. Perhaps I’ve gone a bit overboard? 😀
Lately I’ve been taking the chill pill.
I focused instead on health and took some time off for rest and relaxation after the recent bouts of back-to-back travels.
In December I had long days of shoot with Nokia for The Influencer, a youtube reality series which threw us grueling challenges (watch the video –> HERE) which pushed our physical and mental limits.
I accepted less food reviews and events invites, deciding to take it slow since I had no time to update my blog.
However, if there’s anything that I didn’t reduce, it was my workouts. I continued the intensity of my sessions; (3-4 times a week at the gym/runs) and recently Celebrity Fitness added 24 sessions of Personal Training for me.
The name – MaTiC (Malaysian Tourism Centre) says it all. The MaTiC team is dedicated and committed towards providing quality, professional and friendly service to local and foreign tourists in its endeavour to become a leading one-stop tourist centre.
Located right in the city centre; accessible via major public transportation and near iconic landmarks such as the KLCC, MaTiC does not only provide printed materials but it keeps local and foreign visitors engaged with its calendar of events. One interesting one is the 1Malaysia KL Family Fair, happening EVERY Saturday from 4pm to 11pm.
These events are FREE and everyone is welcomed.
On an annual basis, the MaTiC Fest is held for 3 days. Again entrance to the event is free, and one can expect fun activities and challenges. I went yesterday to check it out with some blogger friends and also to provide coverage for MaTiC for the upcoming Visit Malaysia Year 2014.
