Kevin Judd is a busy man. Legendary for his involvement in New Zealand’s iconic Cloudy Bay, of which I fell in love at the first sip back in 2011 during a Cloudy Bay wine pairing dinner, Kevin produced the first 25 vintages at Cloudy Bay, and introduced the world to the fantastic Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough.

Overall experience: A light, easy to drink beer like the Kronenbourg goes pretty well with any food. The only one I don’t quite fancy is the Asahi since I do not like dry beers.

Beer and food pairing. Something uncommon? Not really! I have had beer pairings meals before and I had enjoyed it. Think about it, people had been drinking beers with their meals since the olden days. Recently, we started to get sophisticated and chefs begin to craft their menus carefully to ensure excellent pairing beers meals.
Both the Kronenbourg 1664 and the Kronenbourg Blanc are light, crisp beers, the former sweeter while the latter has a rich, yeasty maltiness; all in all making both surpremely drinkable.

One can’t think of Korea without referring to Hallyu (Korean wave/Korean fever -love for Korean pop culture, or the appreciation of all things Korean) and of course, Korean pretty girls (should I say pretty boys too?).
Now, such beauty may be “engineered” or if you’re born pretty, it takes maintenance to preserve it.
Beauty/medical tourism is big in South Korea. Not just for the locals but also to many SEA citizens. Closer to home, Singaporeans are known to flock over to South Korea for their beauty procedures. Quality and safety are the primary factors and of course, price.
For my 3rd visit to South Korea this year (you can read about Busan and Jeju HERE), my task this time was to experience Korean Hallyu and SHOPPING. Oh my god, I thought I strike lottery when I saw the itinerary. LOL!
