Gourmet Japan 2013 Singapore – A celebration of Japanese culture & fine cuisine
Savour 2013, World Gourmet Summit 2013 & now Gourmet Japan 2013! Singapore has so many cool gourmet events!
Heck, I might consider moving down to Singapore soon. 🙂

I have written much about Savour 2013 and though it may seem like it was primarily a gluttony and alcoholic event, The FIJI Water Race was a fun initiative by FIJI Water to engage participants in an exciting Amazing-Race style discovery of Savour 2013.
This is the week of culinary fabulosity for me as I flitted from event to event in Singapore covering the World Gourmet Summit 2013.
Landing in Singapore barely 18 hours after returning to KL from Korea, all my travel fatigue dissipated as I stepped into the lush greenery of Tamarind Hill at Labrador Nature Reserve for the celebratory cocktail session marking the first half of the World Gourmet Summit this year.
Today the revolutionary duo of Bo Lindegaard & Lasse Askvo gave an exclusive group of members of the media an insight into their culinary world.
First and foremost, I would like to thank Rebecca for this really wonderful opportunity to cover the 17th World Gourmet Summit as her Co-Writer.

After windsurfing, too much good food & a hot Latino night, we seek Balance in Green the next day.
By today I was really looking forward to the themed food. As usual, at the juice section, the themed drink of the day was waiting for the guests.
For today the “Body & Soul Specialty juice is Cucumber and Mint Juice“.
As you know, I was in Club Med Bali for their new Body and Soul Program for 4 days 3 nights recently and I only knew my full itinerary the day before I was due to depart but I was thrilled as it did looked promising.
Waking up to yoga classes, themed and colors oriented food as well as fun in the sea and sun (ok, maybe not so much the sun) is totally up my alley. Plus, this is my first ever Club Med experience and I have heard so so much about Club Med that I have already suspected that I will enjoy myself immensely throughout the program.
I arrived late afternoon on day 1, the day of YELLOW.
Like my sunny outfit? 🙂
