The latest shopping mall in Klang Valley opened last week.
I was there specifically for the Sephora outlet launch and wow, there was a queue outside since morning.
The store is open to public at 3.30pm but these Sephora fans are eager to snap up the early bird vouchers. That’s understandable as Sephora was giving away complimentary RM100 gift vouchers for 1st 50 fans & RM50 gift vouchers for the next 150 fans!
While surfing online for a casual sling bag for my new Asus Zenbook, I received an email from www.nile.com.my about their CNY promotion.
I have been making a lot of changes to my diet and added on supplement intake a few months back after numerous unexplained bouts of illness. For a start I was more concerned with my gut, as I was having constant acid reflux and gastric attacks.
Long story short, I invested quite a few thousands for supplements and I’m currently taking multivitamins, probiotics and even a herbal weight loss formula, since my current obsession is better definition and tone for my body.
Upon rising from bed every morning I’ll gulp down ONE probiotic pill and a sachet of Ephyra mixed in 200 ml of water. Following that I’ll drink up to 500ml to 1 litre more of water, as I read somewhere that drinking a lot of water upon waking up and on an empty stomach supposedly flushes out toxins and whatever else more.
Many consider me thin/slim and they scoffed at the idea that I may need some weight lost or reduction methods. However I know myself better.
I have problem thighs and big arms.
My regular exercises keeps me trim and fit but it doesn’t reduce the size of my limbs; specifically the thighs and arms. Spot reduction is long considered impossible; especially in the sports world.
However technologically it is POSSIBLE.
Sigh. Look at my thighs. Bloody huge.

I don’t change my hairstyle much. Most of the time it turned out disastrous so I had given up being adventurous after a few ugly incidents.
Besides my hair is pretty healthy and grows out quite nicely with natural waves at the tips. All in all, pretty acceptable and thus the lack of urgency on my end to shake things up.
Did you remember my post and my cry for help on my FB after my hair colouring session earlier this year? Remember how I regretted the red streaks on the surface of my hair? Yes, I loved the multi-layered colours, but it was the eye-hurting red streaks at the very top that was so “ah-lian” that I had to hide my hair by tying it up for weeks after that!
