Overall verdict: No re-visit for me till perhaps when there is new dishes.

Let’s keep the babi guling open for debate shall we? Since all of us never had babi guling before except for Kelvin (www.ktheblogger.com) who had babi guling in Bali prior to this & whose verdict was that the babi guling was really bad; maybe there are others out there who wants to share their experience?

So, yea.. does the babi guling in Bali look like this?
This version has tender pork cuts (the texture was alike chicken) with gravy that tasted like rendang, plain rice, bland vegetables & the only credit to be awarded was; at the very least, the sambal was ok. RM16.90 +.

I got addicted to the after-facial radiance & the luxury of being pampared after my first ever facial HERE !
A bad thing in a way, LOL, as facials are never cheap but as I aged, I’m leaning towards the concept that facials may be necessary after all.

Well, I’m back to Celmonze again, since that’s where I had my virginal facial experience. I have since decided to stick to the same salon too, since I’m comfortable with the staff & beauty professionals here. :good:

Set Lunch – at RM150 nett. A weekly rotating menu, only available on Fridays.

No. 8 of The Miele Guide 2010/2011. Yes, even at No.8, Cilantro is the first Malaysian restaurant to make it into the Top 10 of the Miele Guide.

YTL’s soft launch of their @Yes4G launch #ytlc @ Cafe Vienna, Lot 10 Bukit Bintang was yesterday & as usual I was impressed to the nines of with what YTL has in store for all of us Malaysians.
Heck, YTL is doing a better job than most of our politicians & even our government at this point of time, for while we lament, curse & felt let down by these parties, YTL actually spored hope, inspires the people & gave us all something actually worth to look forward to!

Listening to Wing, CEO of YTL Comm stirring opening dialogue with claims of YES to be the 1st 4G mobile internet network in the world, launched by a Malaysian conglomerate (YTL) for Malaysians certainly arouses feelings in me that was thankfully, entirely dissimilar to the emotions I felt when it was announced that Malaysia is aiming to build another world’s tallest building. Now, that’s a FIRST that we should be proud of!

Now all YTL has to do is live up to the hype & it’s promises.
That’s left to be seen in the coming months. But what I can do now is share the buzz on YES, from what I have absorbed over delicious Austrian food at Vienna Cafe last night. Hehehe… 😉

I’m up today with a halo of excitement over yesterday night.
Imagine a world where #StreamyxSucks, “try facing your modem to the east/west-south/ WTH??! for better coverage...”, data capping doesn’t exist & doesn’t matter anymore.
Would you like that?

Oh, did I hear a “YES” ??!!?

Che Che Confectionery (Choc Bars) are available in Che Che Mid Valley boutique since 20th Oct 2010!
There is only limited quantities available so be sure to get your hands on them cos they are seriously good with some exotic flavours to boot!

I was at Mid Valley yesterday for the KL Photography Festival, followed by lunch at Brotzeit & then the DIOR make over.

Dior’s booth was just right in front of Che Che New York Malaysia boutique. Remembering the message posted on Che Che’s Facebook wall a few weeks ago, I dropped in to check out the chocolates & couldn’t resist picking up 3 bars.

There are samples to help you make up your mind, something I appreciate cos it was so difficult to choose only 3! 😉

Sup Tulang Merah Singapore – @ Ma Deen Biasa Pte Ltd, Jalan Sultan

My trip to Singapore came with 2 main itinerary; Sup Tulang Merah (Red Bone Mutton soup) & Universal Studios.

As expected,I was looking forward to the notoriously red concoction more than Universal Studios; having read of it some while back & thus was glad to finally be able to try it myself.

But of course, as you can read about my experience in Universal Studios (post HERE & HERE ) , I did actually had fun 😉

This place is near Arab St and is mere minutes away from Orchard Road.
Quite accessible really, & it boasts of clientele such as Malaysian artists from the likes of Amy Search to Erra Fazira.

Ma Deen Biasa Pte Ltd is alike any typical mamak restaurant; with the only exception being the sup tulang merah, it’s signature dish; legendary for its crimson hue.
