I have written much about Savour 2013 and though it may seem like it was primarily a gluttony and alcoholic event, The FIJI Water Race was a fun initiative by FIJI Water to engage participants in an exciting Amazing-Race style discovery of Savour 2013.
This is the week of culinary fabulosity for me as I flitted from event to event in Singapore covering the World Gourmet Summit 2013.
Landing in Singapore barely 18 hours after returning to KL from Korea, all my travel fatigue dissipated as I stepped into the lush greenery of Tamarind Hill at Labrador Nature Reserve for the celebratory cocktail session marking the first half of the World Gourmet Summit this year.
Today the revolutionary duo of Bo Lindegaard & Lasse Askvo gave an exclusive group of members of the media an insight into their culinary world.
Here are all the participating restaurants in Savour 2013 this year. I didn’t manage to try all dishes (I said this before and I’m saying it again – earning Malaysian Ringgit sucks!) but I was lucky that I had friends sharing with me during the first evening and last day on Saturday or else I would may have tasted even less of the dishes here!

I have just landed from Korea yesterday where the climate was at 8 celcius daily to now in Singapore with the heat at 32 celcius. I’m not sure if I prefer the chill or the heat at the moment! LOL.
I’m in town for the World Gourmet Summit 2013, and this is the last part of the event since it had kicked off last week. I hope to catch some great dinners and events and you’ll be sure to hear about it from me here! 🙂
As you know I was in Singapore just before Korea for Savour 2013. For those unfamiliar with what’s Savour Singapore is about, do run through my “guide” HERE. On the opening night for Savour 2013, Nespresso, the Presenting Partner and Official Coffee for Savour 2013 launched 2 latest limited edition coffees inspired by 2 unique Italian cities.

I’m in Seoul, Korea now for the launch of AirAsia X latest international route from Kuala Lumpur to Busan, the airline’s 2nd destination after Seoul in Korea, and the 1st direct flight connecting the two cities.
AirAsia X will commence services and fly direct to Gimhae International Airport, Busan from 15 July 2013 onwards with 4 weekly flights between Kuala Lumpur and Busan.
