For someone who has never been to Indonesia in my entire life, I was suddenly in Bali twice in a month in March 2013, the first trip for Sheraton Kuta & Le Meridien Jimbaran resort review and recently Club Med Bali.
But that’s only one island. I have yet to visit Jakarta or any other areas of the main Indonesia country!

God willing, I’ll be stepping foot on Indonesia soil again this coming May, not just to explore Solo (formal name Surakarta) but also to be a part of the grand ASEAN Blogfest 2013 that will be held starting on 10th May onwards.

Everything about Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran is about the Saltwater Lagoon. The moment we arrived at the lobby, everyone including myself was drawn to the floor to ceiling glass overlooking the saltwater lagoon.

Recently I met the hand-picked chef for the latest Hennessy X.O Appreciation Grows dinner and I came away impressed. I’m pretty certain Chef Lee Anne Wong’s menu for this Hennessy X.O Appreciation Grows dinner will wow many.

Her behind-the-camera experiences from all her previous TV shows and her participation in countless contests and events are apparent. The moment she steps up to the kitchen stove and opened her mouth, she had the crowd’s hanging on her every word.

It was so close; so marvelously pink, moist and so juicy a beef patty..

…but yet it still couldn’t outshine myburgerlab’s beef patties. I’m now convinced that myburgerlab has some “voodoo” practice going on that kept its beef patties at the very top of the list of great beef burgers in Klang Valley! 😀

Consumers and cheese fans can look forward to sampling new cheeses soon as premium New Zealand cheese Mainland begins availability from April 2013 onwards.
Just recently launched during the New Zealand Week 2013, 6 variations of Mainland cheeses suitable for cooking and fresh consumption will hit supermarkets shelves next month.

On our 3rd day in Shanghai, our itinerary were a bit more cultural compared to the day before.
We rose to explore the gardens of government officer of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) named Pan Yunduan. According to our guide, this officer was high in ranks, and retired wealthy.
