Cakes & Cafe in PJ – try Swich Cafe at Damansara Uptown !

The famous cempedak cake is here in PJ, at Swich’s second outlet in Damansara Uptown.
And easily accessible since the second outlet is a cosy shoplot on the ground floor. It is unfortunate that many people still struggle to find Swich’s little space on the UG of Publika.

Such a shame, for Swich does make great cakes.
Their range of cakes may not suit everyone (no food would please everybody) but I have my favourites.

And just this morning I read on EatDrinkKL that a new soft serve eatery opened in Damansara Uptown, and they offer churros with soft serve!

Come to Gaya Island Resort if you are in the need for total relaxation and time away from the urban life.
A 3 days 2 nights getaway is possible to restore some zen, but 5 days 4 nights would sooth frayed nerves while 6 days 5 nights might just renew one from within.

Why do I say that?
Well, take a tour of the resort with me, see what you can do (or NOT do) here and decide if Gaya Island Resort is your pot of gold.

For Luxperience 2014, delegates, media and exhibitors were hosted in a number of hotels within the area of Sydney Harbour.
I was in the Four Seasons, and this marks my first stay in any Four Seasons hotel.

My time in Sydney was short and long at the same time.

The main purpose was Luxperience, which basically means hours in the exhibition “working” and attending one networking lunch/dinner after another.
I loved it; for the opportunity was an amazing one, and I had much fun exploring the booths, meeting new people & learning about the world’s exclusive and luxury travel market.

It was a very eye-opening experience as I never knew how luxury can get when it is truly LUXURY.
If you think your average 5 – 6 stars hotels are luxury, you have no idea just what you HAVE NOT seen.
