It’s time for a change and as usual my talented and trusted stylist Han hit it right on the head with this new style of his.
I had told him I wanted something “in blocks” and perhaps 3-4 colors.
This was the end result from 8 hours of work.
My recent hair colour change had generated much interest as usual.
It seems that both my online and offline friends found my hair chameleon habits fascinating; since I was able to carry unconventional colors like purple, pink, blue with aplomb.
It helps too that I favour short, sassy cuts, for in comparison, long, colored hair are quite the norm.
Though my most recent color wasn’t exactly what I wanted at first (I had wanted bright blue and color BLOCKS), Han had advised that a “gradient” color of purple and blue is nicer.
I’ve always listened to my stylists (Kevin, Han, Celine) as I believed that they are more experienced and I trust them to advise the best cut/colour for me.
So purple blue gradient it is.

We all have those moments don’t we? Those occasions when life feels mundane and needed a bit of jazzing up.
Well, one of the most liberating action we can take which delivers an immediate effect is a new hair-do. After all, we can’t quite lose 10kg instantly can we?
Besides the reds and blondes, colors like blue, purple and ash or even green is outstanding.
If you to stand out from the pack, if you want to be the rare jewel, an uncommon hair colour or cut would do it.

NY resolutions doesn’t apply to me. I aim to be at my best at all times, anytime, never only at certain times of the year.
However, in prep for coming year, I’ll like to take some time to polish myself up a bit more!
1st up, the hair.
It’s been 2 years, and my trusted stylist, Centro Hair Salon; still knows best what works for me.
My hair has always been under the care of Kevin Woo, founder of Centro Hair Salon other than one exception when Han, one of the best Sr. Stylist in Centro trimmed my locks .
Centro Hair Salon is the best hair salon in Klang Valley for me so far.
Ever since Kevin Woo transformed my hair into this chic bob I have no need for the services of any other salon.
My hair colour, treatment, trim are all in the capable hands of Kevin and his reliable salon team.
I don’t change my hairstyle much. Most of the time it turned out disastrous so I had given up being adventurous after a few ugly incidents.
Besides my hair is pretty healthy and grows out quite nicely with natural waves at the tips. All in all, pretty acceptable and thus the lack of urgency on my end to shake things up.
Did you remember my post and my cry for help on my FB after my hair colouring session earlier this year? Remember how I regretted the red streaks on the surface of my hair? Yes, I loved the multi-layered colours, but it was the eye-hurting red streaks at the very top that was so “ah-lian” that I had to hide my hair by tying it up for weeks after that!
