We are living in happening times. Since last year, there seems to be a concert every single month! Sean Kingston, Mizz Nina, MTV World Stage, The Wonder Girls, Justin Bieber, and that’s not including the Korean acts that are taking the whole world by storm recently. And the list goes on. I think Malaysia is certainly catching up in the entertainment & concerts scene and I’m certainly not complaining!

Last December, both the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel and The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa embarked on a special project, the production of a cookbook, delightfully called Passion.
Passion is a 150-page book, featuring 39 recipes from 13 culinary experts of the both hotels. The collaboration between both hotels was born out of a mutual love for food and what it represents in our local society.
Both hotels have many local culinary specialists who are so creative and talented in their fields, guided and led by two very brilliant home-grown culinary maestros – Rajesh Kanna, Executive Chef at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel (most right in the pic below) and Chandran Narayanan, Executive Chef at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa.
Impressed with the ribs and porky delights here during my last visit (read about the luscious ribs HERE ), I was thrilled when Sean blogged that E42T has since expanded their menu and one of the new additions includes a fat juicy pork burger.
Shortly after the opening of Gonbei San at Starhill Gallery (post HERE ), I was dying to sample their weekend buffets again.
But it turned out that the buffets will only start in late April, as the Chef Lew and his team is still tweaking the menu. Meanwhile, one can sample the few exquisite dishes Chef Lew has whipped up at Gonbei; some of which are delicacies not available elsewhere.
